The Business of Our Fund

POTUS Capital Fund, sponsored by Presidential Land Development, is comprised of a team of development professionals united in the pursuit of the American Dream. We believe in America, and we are thankful for the opportunity to pursue our vision of success. We name our projects after US Presidents, which demonstrates our respect to our country and is a constant reminder of our pursuit of the American Dream.

POTUS Capital Fund allows investors with the same values and beliefs to be a part of our development team.

The Profit Formula

Using our network, experience, and strategies, we provide our investors with desirable returns consistently through intelligent acquisitions of large parcels of land, typically consisting of 50-400 acres. We then divide those parcels into smaller home site lots--about 1/3 to 10 acres in size--to resell to builders and individuals so a residential dwelling can be constructed.

Details on the Marketplace

Available home site lots are in high demand within our focused demographic area of 30 miles from McKinney, TX, less than an hour north of Dallas. Demand is high due to the economic growth. The D-FW area continues to rank number one in the nation in new home starts with over 35,000 homes being built this year, with Collin County growth projections shown to outpace Dallas, Tarrant, and Denton counties.
