Jon Reed Anderson

​

From a young age, Jon Anderson desired to be an entrepreneur. He followed his heart and started his first business in 1998--an auto dealership--with a small family loan. He operated the dealership for 17 years until his desire for real estate consumed his time and interest. In 2001, Jon managed the planning, permitting, design, and construction of his first commercial building that he leased to Verizon. Since that time, he has built and managed many successful commercial projects in east Texas including his current project, Lake Pointe Centre, a 54-acre multi-use master-planned retail development in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

In addition to his commercial real estate experience, in 2015, Jon started developing estate home sites in Austin, Texas and eventually expanded into the north Texas market. Jon has managed 14 real estate developments and multiple real estate investments from the inception of each acquisition.

Jon has become a powerhouse in his niche real estate acquisitions. His recent efforts have contributed to $22,000,000 in new residential home site developments through eleven acquisitions of large land parcels, which produced 354 lots and over 1,000 acres of new residential communities within 30 minutes of McKinney, Texas.

Jon learned at an early age that the quote originally coined by Henry Ford has never been truer, “If you believe you can or you believe you can’t, you are probably right”. He believes he can.
